Shopping in Clicks Centurion, the roof of this store cave in, (celling with aluminum frames) onto my little Boy 6 years old!
No boards or warning was put up at the Tills or Exit from the Tills to the door! To tell the customer beware of this or that!
My Little one has seen a Doctor, Of course there are bills!! I am in the dark,
My issue as a Customer, is that Clicks Head-office has failed to make any contact what so ever with me!
Not one of the Management at Head-office level has phoned, that go's for the M/D to the Regional Manager to the Area Manager!!
This is so shocking, to say the least for a big Company like Clicks!! Total FRUSTRATION,
Pathetic and bad Customer care!! Clicks Company!!
Must I still spend my money with a Company that does not care?
So who is responsible for what at this Company, as far as your customer is concern?
