Dear Clicks
I would like to thank you for the time you took on my previous complaint. One thing I can say about click is that they do have time for their customers. I had some problems with clicks branded nappies and did put in a complaint. Clicks did investigate and reimburse me not for the one pack but they sent me two packs of nappies. Really guys that is going all the way.
Thank you. That is why I buy from clicks and that is why I don't care if they are one or two rand more on a item I know if something would go wrong clicks will take the time and look into my complaint.
