A few weeks back I complained to Clicks via their website about their Credit Card service and their Gateway branch. To date I have not received feedback. I had to complain directly to FNB on HelloPeter to get any assistance after contacting them twice brought no resolution.
Clearly this highlights that FNB isn't offering Clicks level customer service. But perhaps I'm mistaken because Clicks haven't responded to me so this apathy must be standard.
At the Clicks Gateway store, a cashier refused to accept 5 cents as legal tender yet just the previous week, Clicks issued 5 cents in change. Either the cashier wasn't trained well, or this further highlights inconsistency and customer care apathy.
