Why doesn't Clicks Galleria stock the 'What's New? ' range?? South Coast customers should not have to drive all the way to Westville when there's a perfectly good store in our local shopping centre.
I contacted your customer care line to enquire if the product I wanted could be sent to Galleria but was told no because Clicks doesn't do inter branch transfers. What's the point of having a Clicks store in galleria if I'm going to have to go to another area in order to purchase the things I want??
