If companies want to put staff in a position to work with customer they should give them proper training to explain if changes on your account, should be made and not decide for themselves whether the account should be changed or not, and not just change the account and then say to the customer, what they did! Iam very disappointed with edgars, and want to close my account!!! Bad service!!!
