On Friday 8 Nov i went to Irene mall to refund a chain i thought was 9 ct gold-in fact it was 10% 9ct. The manager refused to exchange, told me to go to Mall at Reds.
I left message on Area manager's phone, but clearly she is also no advertisement for good service. She did not even bother to return my call in which i complained about service received. This is not the first poor service i suffered at the hands of Foshini. They seem not to understand the importance of customer service and their area managers attitude towards service leaves a lot to be desired!
