In June 2013 i bought a hair clipper set from clicks with a one year guarantee and in September the machine broke 2 teeth because of the excessive vibration of the machine i presume. On the 11th of September i went back to clicks so that they can exchange the product and they refused without giving reasonable answer. I feel duped because when i bought the product i was made to believe that i have a one year guarantee to my surprise it is not the case. The manager also gave me a bad attitude and also accused me of negligence when i strongly feel that this was a genuine defect on the part of the manufacturer and i deserve an exchange or a refund.
