What are you teaching the staff with that attitude

My number is 072 371 5087 IV not received any feedback from Foschini. Salomie (area manager) is the one who shouted me like a dog saying her words are final she is not going to listen to me, send it to Channel or rather exchange it, she eventually HANGED the phone while still talking. The fact that she is an area Manager does not qualify her to talk to clients like that. She must be taken to training on CUSTOMER SERVICE she does not listen to customers. What they did was to use my perfume in their office and refused to exchange I'M NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE PRODUCT/SERVICE, a leader of such character! WHAT IS SHE TEACHING TO OTHER STAFF? She does not have leadership skills. The manager Annerien was the one trying to talk to me kindly. Now i wrote to Hello Peter but Foschini is not respondig to my complaints, is it because the person responsible is the Area Manager? its not fair or they want me to escalate the matter further.
