SMS received on Fri 8/11 money received, went to collect money with ID and sms on Sat 9/11. On request to obtain money cashier req id -verified this, money was not accesible as my old cell no was on the sys but sms was received on new no??? After much stress cashier and manager of store phoned the call centre to be told that I cannot access the funds due to the cell no issue. No help... I phoned the call centre myself to be told the sender needs to get the money back, then I need to change the cell no on their system, then the money can be sent again: Question 1; The money cannot be sent back as I cannot access the funds; Q2 Who is paying for all the charges backwards and forwards Q3 The sender can only obtain the funds back in 7 days who is earning interest in this time? Is this how Pp rip off the lower end consumer.
