FNB Bug and no support from Call Centre!

FNB's system has a bug when you pay money across and an error msg states "Funds not available" and "sorry! your transaction was unsuccessful. Error code 99999". Then between 3 - 7 days the money gets paid across. I have phoned the call centre a number of times and was on hold for over 35minitues only be told they don't know why the money was paid even though it was failed and they cant refund the money to be. It's been over 2 weeks and I have still not received any feedback!
