Please train your staff on customer service

On 15th June 2013 I went to pick n pay to send money, I stood in a queue until it was my turn as I got to the cashier (Mbali) she told me to go to the kiosk that's where money is sent. I moved to the next cashier and stood again in another queue, when I finally got to that cashier she assisted me with sending the money with no problem. I asked the cashier who assisted me if it was only selected tills that can send money, she said no they all have access to the system. Mbali turned around and gave me a dirty look when I was asking the other cashier this question.
