Yhooo. I did instant money transfer through Spar and it never arrived to the person intended. I deposited R190 for my mother and they charged me R10 for the service so ipayed R200 in total. Their system works like this: sender deposits money they take number of recepient so recepient recieves sms wt voucher number to come collect money from the nearest Spar nd then later type in secret pin number which I, sender had given to her but she cannot show to the cashier and thats it happnd sh is the only one who knew her pin. Problem starts when my mother calls to me that when she got to spar they had told her that the money theye cnt find it, then it was held up somewhere and then it had been withdrawn.BY WHOM! Because the only person who knows the pin is me nd my mother. ANd believe me she is not very old she can read she drives herslf surely she knows hw to use bank services, ATM's so there is no way that a stranger might have came and offered hr helf bt robbed her the only person who attended her was a cashier the same cashier who told her stories numerous times sending her back and forth to Standard Bank then back to Spar.
