Boxer introduced money market but I'm not sure if they did their research, the cashier knows nothing about how it works, we've transferred money into my dad's account on Sunday 18.08.13 he tried to withdraw the money in boxer in two occasions in Lebowakgomo and it was stuck into their system somehow and were unable to withdraw.
We then wanted to speak to Manager in Alex and we were told that they don't have a manager but supervisor which we asked him to return the money back into the account so we can be able to withdraw since the other person who the money was transferred to initially was unable to get it. He told us if the money is send they are unable to reverse it and since my dad received an sms confirming that the money is send he needs to contact their call centre. Which we did but couldn't assist.
I know its not a huge amount of cash but we need to get it back since their policy says if the money is not withdrawn within 7day you won't be able to get it.
