Cell C absorbing my funds!! Cell C Ref #3123000186

Since 22nd of December i have not been able to contact anyone or use any of the applications on my smart phone thanks to our wonderful Cell C providing no service, however still taking money for it, and taking and taking. Every time i recharge my account it goes... well nowhere i suppose because it not coming through to my phone. I lodged a complaint with the call centre on 22 Dec, then again on 24 Dec then again on 30 Dec and to date have not received so much as a phone call explaining what the is going on. My number was definitely not inserted wrong, the money definitely went out my bank account and i was promised i'd get a call back within THE NEXT 48 WORKING HOURS!!! which obviously never happened, in the meantime i was stuck in Durban, could not wish my family a merry Christmas or a happy new year and couldn't phone for help in case i got stuck next to the highway on my way back to Jhb. What a happy new years blessing from Cell C. Today is the 23 day of the new year and i just tried again to load funds onto my phone as i need to phone my company in the morning and guess what, funds deducted from my bank account but never received on my now USELESS CELLPHONE.
