It has almost been a month since i complained about the incorrect billing on my account. they phoned and said it was with their headoffice however i still get emails calls and sms's stating they are going to take legal action against me. this is now affecting my credit rating and they are adding additional charges for the calls and sms's. please can you resolve this as a matter of urgency. it has affected my credit rating and has cost me hundreds of rand in bank fees and nobody has an answer for me.
