Incompetent in processing account closure

I closed my edgars account in 2012 October only to realize in this year 2013 that my account is reflecting as active.

I have been to the bank twice and have been rejected on all my applications due to an Edgars account that is reflecting as a negative on my Name??! Further to this i have been to Edgars in midlands mall this
year July 2013 to question Why my account is reflecting as open? The customer service department was unable to explainwhat the problem is! They re-followed up to complete my account closure once again. This now has been extremely frustrating as i shouldn't be dealing with this as my ambition on what i want was completed in 2012 October and now being rejected on application with the bank is very embarrasing especially when i know for a fact i am clear on my account. I have been to Game in October last month on application for one of their contracts with a R3000
voucher, but, was rejected yet again due to Edgars reflecting bad on my name.

I am brought to a point of extreme frustration and extreme embarrasment based purely on the FACT that edgars are incompetent in one simple request to close an account! I have lost out on above requests with my bank and ga
