Rejection of my account

Yesterday decided to open an account with Edgars took everything, open the account they said ill get the sms before the end of the day. I did not get any sms today went back they told me my account has been rejected whn I ask why she don't know. First of all those attendances they don't have name tags but they helping customers, don't know the system how it works, which company will have a system that does not tell you why the account has been rejected. Its my first opening the account with any store I think I need to move to better companies that they will give me proper information why I can't get an account. I'm getting paid well and even my pay slip says that I mean seriously Edgars. Always thought Edgars its a professional company.
