Today (14 October 2013) I went to do some groceries at Pick 'n Pay Maponya Mall, when standing at the queue to pay for my goods a shop assistant directed me to till number 28 only to find that the one next to me (till 25) is vacant. I went closer to the cashier when she was done with the customer before me I then started preparing myself to be served.
Moliehi Komako (the cashier) asked me to go back to the queue and wait for her to call me. I told her that I was sent to till 28 but since she was finished with her customer she might as well assist me, Moliehi asked me 3 times if I was told to go to till 25 or 28, I quote "did they say 25 or 28".
This is bad customer service, especially when she argued that I was not sent to her till but to till 28, Moliehi should be sent back to training to be taught how to respect customers or given a position at the stockroom where she won't have to deal with customers face to face.
