The service at Shoprite is terrible. each and every time I go there I have to tantrum before I get what I want, When you ask for cash back you get send from one till to the next and each cashier with an attitude. "go to another till, no money" and every time you have to queue again One day they sell electricity the next day when you ask for electricity they say" ha a I don't sell it". The thing in the special pamphlet are rarely in stock. They let you Queue just to tell you that the till is closed now or EFT of line. Prices on the shelf and at the till are sometimes 2 different things, then the reply is they forgot or did not have time to change the price on the shelf. When you shop there you get the impression that you are not welcome you are disturbing them. I also have to say that there is a few that always go out of there way to help. One of them is Winny at the butchery always friendly and always of help, Carina and one in the deli and one in bakery witch I do not know there names and one at the till, young light coloured girl I can not complain about them. the rest of the staff is a nightmare. The new manager I do not know, maybe he can get his staff under control.
