Ad service without customer service

I went to shoprite on the 30/10/2013, the male cashier by the name of Thabo was serving me. I needed to pay my Dstv but my account number it was not going threw the system and went outside to my and I came back with my previous invoice, I went straight to the same cashier till but to my disappointment the male cashier refused to assist me and tell me to go again to the queue. I told him that im not going to start a queue again coz I was not been served as my account it didn't gone threw the system at first. What he did he left his till unattended and ignore other customers in front of him. I was not impressed about his attitude, with all that he was busy talking but he was not clear. He doesn't deserve to be in a service industry with that attitude. I just need an written apology from the store manager and the executive, with brand manager. He was not wearing his name badge, I had to ask his colleagues. The till was the first till at the money market tills
