I ordered a pair of the above on Tues morning as I need it for a function tom eve. The stores in the WC did not have any 5's available so I checked online. The system had a size 5 available so I proceeded to order and delivery is scheduled for Friday (5/4/13) between 10 & 1.I kept checking on the status & the order remained as "order processing". I called the online support shop to enquire what the story is & whether I will receive my order. I was told the order will be picked&dispatched on Thursday afternoon, to reach me by Fri. Should the item be out of stock I will be called on Thurs. Today is Thurs, I call to enquire this morning to be told that there is no stock at the branch they source it from. Not once was I contacted to be informed on how far my order is. I am now incontact with Stanley (not very enthusiastic about my complaint)..Im just "another" customer who is trying to source it. My problem is: why if I order online on a Tuesday does my order only get picked the Thurs afternoon. This leaves no room for a backup should the item be unavailable. Why are items available to order online but then out of stock after! Woolworths making a difference, I think not. I want my order delivrd 2mrw
