I purchased a Salton combo pack from Hirschs in Umgeni Business Park Durban
on the 27 October After a day I received a gift containing same items which i dont require. Now in the store there is no board saying that there is no cash refund or was i told about the Hirsch policy that a voucher will be given, I mean we paid hard earned cash for, cant we get our hard earned cash money
I mean R500 is a lot of money to me and they refuse to give my cash money back.. There is so much I can do with five hundred
