I have visited your store on 27/10/2013 regarding a promotion that was running during that week. I was interested in taking a vodacom contract. I had called in on the 25th saying that I would be coming in for this particular contract and that there was enough stock of this particular phone and till this day I have not received any feedback from any of the consultants. After coming in and filling in paper work I was told that there's no stock and it would be arriving during the course of the next week. Still, no-one had got back to me so I've given the store a courtesy call asking if any had come in but they've said they're still awaiting stock. My particular concern here is why mis-inform a consumer and advertise for an item which will be in high demand? At least keep a customer updated as to how long he/she would be on a "waiting list" but conveniently all blame goes on to head office for not ordering 'enough' phones. I have been in store again on the 6th and was told there's still no stock and 5 would be coming in but they're already reserved for 'other customers' Its gone 2 weeks and I really am beginning to lose my patience!
