I purchased shoes at the Lynnwood branch last year some time. I wore it on 2 or 3 occasions and while wearing them the heel of the shoe broke. I'm not a heels kinda girl so the few times that I did wear them, it was for 2-3 hours max. I do not have a receipt for this purchase and I was informed at the Lynnwood branch that my account history cannot be accessed. I cannot believe that this is true as truworths head office should be able to access my account history. The shoes still look new and I have the original box for it. What upsets me is the fact that the manager at the branch could not assist me. She refused to even give me a suggestion on a way forward. One would expect quality from a well retail store such as truworths and also professional service! I asked truworths head office to assist by refunding me, allowing me to change the shoes or repairing the heel of the shoe at their manufacturer. This of course is reasonable as the condition of the shoes is perfect! It is certainly not my fault that truworths items are cheaply manufactured! So because my purchase date is over their policy period they cannot assist me in any way although it is their fault! # Service
