I bought a shoes last year & a month later I discovered I was pregnant and because it was a heel I stopped wearing heels so months went by without me wearing and about 2 weeks back I finally wanted to wear it, only to discover both shoes were for the right foot. I sent an email to head office & they (Tarryn) referred me back to the store manager at Sandton City, where I bought the shoe. Thank goodness the shoes were bought on account because the manager was kind enough to go back on my history purchases (since I had long lost the receipt) trust me it was way way back but he and his cashier (forgot his name) patiently looked until they found the purchase.
The manager Robert, kindly refunded me & this really made me happy. Thank you for everything, and whilst my account is now paid up I will continue to shop at Truworths (especially Sandton City) with a smile :-)
