I purchased 2 cellphones and a lounge suite from Bears Pietermaritzburg Church street on Friday 1 November 2013, I'll commend the the saleperson (Tony) who was super helpful and went out of his way to accommodate me. Unfortunately I had to cancel the lounge suite order, but opted to keep the cellphone purchase I was asked to come in and sign a new sales agreement on Tuesday afternoon which I did. I was promised that the store would have the cellphones on their premises in 48 hours to me that means Thursday afternoon latest Friday. I've been calling the store and call centre daily to follow up on their arrival but till today nothing has come of it. It is now day 3 and I've just called the store and have been told 48 to 72 hours which to me is nonsense meaning I have to wait another 2 to 3 days and only recieve that phones next week Wednesday. I really don't understand what the hold up is and would actually like to have my purchase asap as in today 8 November 2013 should I not recieve it today, I would rather cancel the purchase.
