I was at the Foschini Cavendish branch on 08/11/2013 and was completely disgusted by the attitude of the sales assistant on the floor. I walked around the store having an idea of what i wanted but needed some assistance with my shopping. I tried on a jacket, and the consultant looked at me and said, "it's going to break".
When i asked her for another size she shrugged and said there arent any more.
As i walked away i saw a number of the very same item i was searching for and had just tried on, all in various sizes.
This is completely unacceptble Foschini, please educate your staff about which stock you have on your sales floor. Why do we call it sales assistance when there isnt any to begin with?
