Pathetic Customer Service!!!

I purchased a laptop in April this year & it worked fine until October- I had taken it to the store and spoke to a Packard Bell consultant. I explained my problem to him after which he said book it in and makro would send it for an assessment to figure out what was wrong.
Since booking my laptop in I had made numerous calls to makro to find out the status of the repair- many times holding on the line for -20 min listening to some lousy ad! A few off phone calls later I asked for the manager- Wendy who said my laptop was ready for pick up NOBODY HAD TOLD ME! I was probably expected to guess it was ready!
At pick up a lady by the name of Zaibon had assured me my laptop was repaired and it was just a virus even though I insisted it couldn't just be a virus since it kept flashing a blue screen and memory dumping on me!
Its been a week since I've picked up my laptop and its back to square 1! I had contacted wendy again and was told by her she was in a meeting and would get back to me - she still hasn't!
What kind of service is Makro offering their customers? Is it that after purchase we're no longer a valued customer? If that's the case then they don't deserve my support!
