I applied for a launge suite at Ellerines on 23/09/2013, They did a preapproval and said that i was approval but i needed to speak to someone in accounts that will explain the payments, i spoke to the lady but i found i found that the interest rates where a bit too high for me so i told that that i will speak to the person that will be helping with the payment, the lady was ok with it and she gave me a quotation and she said if i dont come back the application will automatically be removed on the system within seven days. On the 3rd/10/2013 I receives a call from Eunice who was extremelly rude, she said that i came to the store to waste their time and that i must bring back their paper (Quotation) and she didnt even know what it was, she started insulting me and she droped the phone on my ear, i was so dissapponted in the service that i received and i will not recommend some to Ellerines, Eunice doesnot know anything about customer service and i sujest that she goes on training or you will loose more customers
