Complaining for two months with no response!!!

I bought an electric brush that was marked R63, it was sold to me for R278.99. I asked the cashier, Busiswe Tsupe to check if the price was correct. She refused, with attitude and told me that she had processed the payment. I asked her to call upon her manager to check and possibly reverse the payment. She told me there was nothing her manager can do, and that I was not going to get a refund. I went and asked for a refund and complained.

This happened on the 13.09.2013, I have been to the store three time asking for feed back and no one called, sms or even provided feedback on the spot.

Under normal curcumstances I would have received the brush for free, it is not my fault they misprice or placed lebels under wrong products. However, I camplained to three times; to Peter and Rob (two times) and they have not done any thing about this.

My family buys from this particular shop every day, and my brother works there. Their service has been dissapointing and poor.
