Excellent service

I cannot compliment both Pharmaline and Tempur Clearwater for the excellent service received. Our motor on our Tempur bed has not been working for sometime. My husband has recently had a hip replacement and was being discharged from hospital on Friday 8 November. I contacted Pharmaline at 08h30 on Wednesday 6 November and asked them to send someone to check as we were not sure what the problem was but would like try and have the bed repaired before Friday 8 November. Johannes arrived before 11h00 and advised the motor was faulty. I was contacted by Dee from Tempur clearwater to find out when they could replace the motor, this was done by 10h00 on Thursday 7 November and at no charge. 1000 Stars to Tempur and Pharmaline for such excellent service. Besides Tempur beds being the best available, their service is absolute tops
