Waiting 5 months for ring to return

On the 23rd of August 2012 I took my mother's 9ct gold ring with TWO geniune ruby gemstones to NWJ Secunda. They had to resize the ring to a size "M" and they had to valuate the ring also. On the 20th of October 2012 the ring returned but it was a fake ring. It now had two light pink stones in it and not the dark wine red stones as previously. Two claws which holds the stones was broken also. This ring now leaves a black mark on my mothers finger indicating that its not real gold. They took the ring back and ever since we havent had any response again. I have been at NWJ Secunda 3 times since then, everytime the manager tells me a different excuse. The staff and manager (s) are uncompetent and very unprofessional.
