We bought a wedding ring at Sterns the glen. After a few months the diamond claw broke off and we took it in for repairs at the Alberton branch. When we received the ring it was not up to standard as the new claw was much bigger than the rest and anyone could see it. They then said they will replace the ring. When we got the ring back it was to small so we had to 're size it. We got it back and about 3 months later you could see the colour difference where they mended the ring, so I took it back and they said that we need to polish it. Now after a year I can see that the ring is cracking where they mended it and when I took it back they said they can send it in for a quote. According to them it's wear and tear. Its not my fault they messed up the sizing of the ring, they were supposed to make it the right size and now they want me to pay for their mistake!!! This is unacceptable and I'm not happy at all about the poor service and bad quality of the ring.
