Hi.
I was at your branch on Sunday 03 November, and I asked the assistant at the FOREVER NEW department to check for a specific size for me at another branch.
Firstly to get service at the forever new deptmart was a frustration and a long wait, until the lady had finished off her personal conversation with her friends.
I called to check if she has now located the size of the dress in another store, and she doesnt have any feedback for me.
I am a frequent customer at EDGARS and I am disgusted with this TERRIBLE service!!!
