I had to wait a very long time for assistance at the intimate-wear department. When help eventually came it was unsatisfactory. Sheila gave incorrect bra size measurement, insisting that I was an A cup instead of D. When I fitted a D cup size bra she still did not apologise or showed remorse instead she just said that she has measured a lot of ladies and to her knowledge she is giving correct measurements. The cashier (Nthabiseng) was unfriendly. The lady (cant remember name) who assisted with gift wrapping did not know how to wrap, she however remembered to give a free promotional gift that the cashier did not know about (no product knowledge). I waited forever for the store manager (Lebo) to report my unsatisfactory services I received from her store until I left my details with a gentlemen (cant remember name). Its exactly a week and no phone call from anyone from Edgars.
