Sunday 03 November 2013, I bought shoes but when I got home I realised that they were not fitting me perfectly as the shoes were slipping out as I was walking. On Tuesday 05 November 2013 I returned the shoes only to be told that they can only give me a credit note and not a refund. I want my money back as there is nothing that I want to buy in your shop. I refused the credit note and I was told by the manager at Eastgate Roger that they do not do refunds, he then gave me Christina's number 011 839 3284 there was no answer and I left a message still waiting for her to return my call. so much for customer service from the branch, 'you have a problem, don't worry we'll pass you on to the head office, we have got our sale and we can't be bothered after that.' that's how the attitude comes across. I want my refund.
