A few weeks back I finally found a sneaker I liked at Claremont, but I didn't have time to check for my size at the time. Yesterday I go into Edgars Adderley Str and they have one pair left in my size. Size 4. I ask them to hold it for me until today. I went in today excited to make my purchase, but found two pen marks on the Nike sneaker. I was then directed to customer service to check if any other branch has it in my size. After waiting 15mins at the set aside counter I asked one of the ladies at the customer service desk if she could deal with my query. She said she doesn't do it, but couldn't get anyone to help me either. Finally got her to take my details so someone could contact me once they found out from other branches. I decided to go back into the branch 30mins later, because the previous lady refused to give me her name (but I eventually got it after some persistence) and I wanted to be sure this would be dealt with. Another lady at customer service gladly checked and told me that no-one in the Western Cape had this sneaker in my size. Call centre saysTWO stores have my size. BUT I am still waiting on confirmation. Called Claremont&they are not picking up.
HELP.
