Away with incompetence!

I made a purchase of R2000 in August and i was apparently given a call to confirm that i, the account holder is actually doing the purchase and unfortunately they couldn't get a hold of me. As a result my account was blocked by the department. I was then told to bring in my proof of residence, latest payslip, bank statements and proof that i work where i work, which i did. This was in September already. I have been going to the Edgars at the glen asking if my account has been activated yet. Its november today and my account still has not been activated. Please understand my frustration as i have been paying every month for three months for an account i can't use. I even called your centre myself where a very rude Khumo told me there is nothing that she can do unless i resend my documents. Getting those documents is a mission as it means time off work etc. Im sorry but i refuse to resubmit those documents as it is simply not fair. Can the people at the centre please do what they are supposed to do. Im really not a happy customer right now and i believe i have been more than patient. i sincerely hope something is done about this.
