I purchased a swimming costume last night at the Foschini Southgate Branch. When I got home I saw the item of clothing has a factory fault on it, I then tried to exchange it at the Melrose Arch Branch where the store manager says its not her problem I must take it back to Southgate. I explained that it is a factory fault and the item of clothing is damaged, she seemed not to care.
I think this is terrible service from Foschini, how should this be made my problem?
I hope that Foschini can rectify this problem and they really should not have someone as useless and unfriendly as this woman to be a store manager! She clearly does not care about your clients!
