Hi, it is with a sad heart that l write this complaint, l went to jet randburg on Sat the 2nd of November to get some things that l wanted for my home. At the till i paid with my cheque card the total being R 146.17 Mmathapelo told me that the card had been declined, she even tried the second time as l was sure that there were sufficient funds but it declined the second time. Since l needed the goods l told her to charge the goods on my jet account of which she did, while was about to sign l received an sms from my bank stating that the transaction had gone through and the bank had deducted the amount of R 146.17 from my bank acc. l enquired about this and Nancy told me that l should wait and your eft team at jet head office would transfer the amount into my acc the same day. Today is tuesdday there is no money in my acc l called your customer care line and spoke to tshepiso who told me that the credit manager at jet randburg should make the transfer, to my disgust jet randburg is not picking up its phone to assist me.

Tell me is it now a sin to buy things in your shop.
