I ordered a pair of roller blades for my 4 yr old from [URL Removed] and I received them about 4 weeks later. I got them on a Friday and my daughter tried them on when I got home from work. She rode them inside the house on the carpet for about 5 min and then she took them off saying they hurt her ankles, they didn't have the inside padding so I understood because they were just the hard plastic outside. So on Monday (23-Sep) I wrote to Kalahari customer care letting them know that I would like to return them and on Wednesday a man from the courtier company came an picked them up. On the 10th of October I receive an email saying that they've received my return and I will be refunded within 7 days and even then not the whole amount. I mailed yet again asking why I won't be credited the whole amount whereas they state that all returns will be refunded 100% unless defected and I returned the roller blades exactly as I received them, and I still have not received an answer. It's now the 5th of November and I am still waiting for a reply on why I will not be credited the full amount and also still waiting for the amount they did say they will credit me. I'm losing faith in Kalahari
