Fully paid Accounts

Fully paid accounts still showing as unpaid on Credit Bureau. I paid these accounts sometime last year and as it is, I cannot get finance and they are apparently in arrears and they are fully paid. I have been trying to sort this out since April 2013 and they are still not fixed.
