I'm not an unreasonable person and have used kalahari without hassle in the past. But i ordered flowers for my moms birthday two weeks ago and was told there was a delivery area restriction and my credit card would be refunded.
Since then the order reads dispatched on my kalahari account and i have not received a refund. I'm not going to kick up a fuss and i think kalahari is great for the most part.
But I've called the center, plus sent an email and there has been no action. Please sort it out as soon as possible, i am losing patience
