Bad service and product from Kalahari

My response to Kalahari:
My husband told me yesterday that somebody from Kalahari was trying to contact me and he asked the person to call me yesterday at a certain time. I received no call from anyone at Kalahari, not yesterday and not today. I emailed P September again on the 30th asking for the next step, and still did not receive a reply. This I presume is the enquiry number 323543 Query about a specific product | eBooks CRM:00683803, you're welcome to have a look, my email addres is there. My cell phone number is 0745855275.
Email to Kalahari on 1 February:
Can someone please respond to me, what else should I do to get an answer? Kalahari claims that they called me twice, which is not the case.
Please let me know if the Gobii can be collected from me to see if there is something wrong with it, as I asked below, and what will that costs amount to.
No answer was received to date, very disappointing, just shows how much they care. I did not expect this kind of service from Kalahari. Suppose I should throw the Gobi ereader in the bin and buy another brand.
I just want to know if I can return the USB and Gobii wall charger that I bought and get a refund? I cant use it at all
