I bought a biltong maker as a Christmas gift and had to return it as pieces were missing - they delivered another one which lasted a day and then stopped working - we returned this as well (all documentation in my procession) - I requested a refund - I received an email from Kalahari saying that my Kalahari account had been credited - IT HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED - numerous emails have been sent - I have called twice and spoken to consultants - yet no one bothers coming back to me or replying to my emails!! What to do - any suggestions??
