It has become very discouraging to purchase one specific product of yours across the past few months. We just love love love!!! Big Korn Bites, however every packet that we have purchased in the past 2 months had almost no flavour at all - Barbeque flavour (and twice with Tomato flavour). And we hardly get through a week in the house without 2 - 3 packs of BKB in front of the TV.
At first we thought it's just bad luck getting one or two packets like that but now even more packets are like this. The chippies are almost white and doesn't taste like the wonderful spicy barbeque flavour that we are used to.
The pricing of most consumer products in S.A have increased so much over the past few years but one has no problem paying for something if the quality is as high as it was on your products.
Why is this happing to our favourite snack???
We need those super yummy, crispy, brown-baked, spicy barbeque chippies that we long for and are used to!!! And what about all those packs we purchased and had no enjoyment from??
