On the 26th of October 2013 i went to the store in Kempton Park and purchased goods to the value of 2300.
I paid with my debit card and was advised that delivery will be done the same day. I only received my parcels the next morning only to find that the Carpet was on there. The delivery guy advised me that he will collect the carpet from the store and deliver it by MONDAY 28th October 2013 .Today am i can safely say that its 8 days later and still no carpet was delivered.
The carpet had cost me R500 and i paid the delivery guy R120 .i phoned the store a few times and eventually they advised me to call the delivery guy. I spoke to him on Friday 1st November till this day am still waiting.
All I want is my Refund of the carpet to be delivered by end of this week. Next step i will take will be the Newspapers. This is really POOOR SERVICE.
