Office Objects, a furniture company came out to my house to check the damaged carpet and replace it with the exact same carpet (Office Objects also the original installers)
Firstly the carpet was extremely late... months late. I had to constantly nag them, no one ever came back to me.
Eventually the carpet arrived in November 2012, it was the wrong carpet, a boardroom carpet. I also asked to be notified when the installation would take place so I could be there to supervise, this did not happen either. It was by pure coincidence that I had gone to the home to follow up on something else (Upmarket home in Benmore, being rented out) only to find the wrong carpet was installed and Office Objects were almost ready to leave. Also leaving behind an enormous mess, i asking them to remove the mess they told me it was not their responsibility.
Casper Steencamp acknowledged their mistake, that carpet was meant for another client and promised the right carpet would be installed first thing inJan, and the mess removed. To date, I have called, emailed, sent sms's, left messages on his fb page and not a SINGLE response from Casper Steencamp the OWNER of Office Object
