On 3rd April 2013, I had carpet wizards out. They come out 4 hours late and confirmed that they needed to do a flood water extraction. Long story short a week later the carpet now has a horrible smell. I contacted them, in which this guy told me that we need to replace our carpet. When I explained that the guys who had come out to fix the carpet stated that if there were any smells they would send someone out. This guy then told me to go and myself and I should go and f my wife's p. How do you talk to a customer like that. So now I'm left with a carpet that I guess I will have to replace.
So anyone reading this DON'T USE THEM.
