So I bought a carpet from Groupon - the companies name is Cielo who has stunning products, but this carpet is a total rip off. I have sent a complaint through more than a week ago already with photos and have had no response! It's a leather rug who is loosing it's strips daily... paid R1395 for it and I don't want a carpet that basically 'dissapears' with time. I have had it 2 weeks and have a shopping bag full of loose trips.
Please contact me urgently!!! I want a refund and you can come and collect the rug...
